Senior Policy Advisor

The Tōtara Institute is looking for a Senior Policy Advisor to lead our submissions, advocacy and member consultation on building regulation, housing supply and climate adaptation.

• Lead submissions to government and select committees
• Run member surveys and advisory panels
• Brief Council and represent the Institute with officials

You will have at least five years of policy experience, ideally in the built environment, and a talent for turning technical detail into clear advice.

This is a fictional role on a demonstration site.
